Automobile maintenance is a general term for automobile maintenance and repair. when people are sitting in the car ready to start, they find that the engine can't start, which is very annoying. But sometimes, the engine can't start because of some small problems. If you understand these reasons and the basic knowledge of automobile repair, you can solve the basic problems as soon as possible.
First of all, check whether the distributor, spark plug and high-voltage line are affected by moisture due to the rain of the car. If so, dry the affected parts before starting.
Secondly, check whether the spark plug is damaged. If it is damaged, just replace it with a new spark plug.
Third, check whether the battery voltage is sufficient. Sometimes, if you forget to turn off the lights after parking, you may run out of power for a long time. If so, put the car in the second gear, step on the clutch, drag the car (generally not recommended, it's best to find someone to push it). When driving to a certain speed, loosen the clutch and turn the ignition switch (generally not recommended, the ignition switch should be turned to the on gear before pushing it), and the car can start. If there is a problem with the generator, this method will not work.
The engine stalls when shifting gears
When shifting gears on the road, if the operation is standard but the engine stalls, the following problems need to be checked:
First, check whether the idle speed is stable and whether the idle speed is too low. If the idle speed is unstable or low, just adjust the idle speed to the normal speed. Also tighten the idle stop valve and plug it tightly.
Secondly, if the idle speed is normal, the carburetor may be blocked. You need to go to a professional repair station to clean the carburetor.
Steering wheel tremor at high speed
When the vehicle is driving at high speed or at a high speed, it may run unsteadily, swing its head, or even shake the steering wheel. The reasons for this are as follows:
1. Misalignment of front wheel alignment angle and excessive toe in.
2. The front tire pressure is too low or the tire starts unbalanced due to repair and other reasons.
3. The front wheel spokes are deformed or the number of tire bolts varies.
4. Loose installation of transmission system parts.
5. The transmission shaft is bent, the power is unbalanced, and the front axle is deformed.
